Ineffective influence hidden in plain sight
Bri Williams
You canât be what you canât see.
Unfortunately, most of what we see modelled by those around us isâŚguesswork in disguise.
We learnt âto humanâ by being. We absorbed what our parents, teachers and social groups taught us.
But everyone was guessing.
And many still are.
Right now, all around you, people are guessing.
Thatâs a problem because it means how we relate to others is random, and when things are random, we get no closer to understanding exactly what does and doesnât work.
Once you have a framework, you know exactly whatâs going on.
