Want to know how well your team influences outcomes?
Imagine not having to guess how each member of your team approaches influence?
Imagine each person realising where they need to develop their skills and having the appetite to do it?
Welcome to my Team Influencing Profile.

It tells you 3 important things:
1. Whether your team favours syncronous (meetings, conversations, presentations) or asyncronous (emails, docs, messaging) interactions.
- This helps you optimise communication channels and their use across the team.
2. How aware they are of opportunities to influence.
- There's a tendency to place pressure on big moments but forget that small moments can be just as powerful.
3. How intentional they are about influence.
- Do they consider the audience's mindset, or just focus on what they want to say?
The Team Influencing Profile only takes 5 minutes to complete and each person gets immediate results and basic feedback. I then debrief the team leader and team on what it means. You can see sample output here. Get in touch if you'd like to hear more.
