Uniform
Bri Williams
Two reasons I wear tops with my logo in most of my social media content:
1. Branding
You never know where your content might end up. Wearing my logo makes it harder to separate the content from its creator, so itβs a simple way to keep my brand visible and connected to me.
2. Decision fatigue
More importantly, it reduces the mental load. A "uniform" for filming means one less decision to make. Like it or not, people form opinions based on appearance. Wearing the same branded clothing helps neutralise that noise, for the audience and for me. Choosing to represent myself this way sends its own signal, of course.
How do you approach decisions about what to wear to work? What message are you trying to send?
