Lack of time, or lack of clarity?
Bri Williams
What if, instead of a lack of time being to blame, it was a lack of clarity?
In my experience, once something is clear, it becomes pretty easy to tackle.
The difficult part is getting clear.
And that often takes time.
So, how do we get clear, quickly?
Three tips.
1. With a behavioural challenge, ask: "Who do I need to get to do what?"
2. With decision paralysis, ask: βWhich options can I discard?β
3. When you donβt know how to start, ask: βWhatβs my next physical action?β
